2007 – The Beginning
NBAstuffer started out as a hobby site by Serhat Ugur in 2007 and has grown into a reputable stats reference that delivers unique metrics and NBA analytics content, some of which cannot be found anywhere else. Our research tools, such as schedule analysis, rest days stats, and the analytics primer, have become widely recognized and are frequently referenced by media outlets while also creating engagement across social media and forums. Supported by dynamic charts and visualizations, our comprehensive, sortable, and filterable stats help more than 1 million people analyze the NBA.

2010 – Downloadable NBA Datasets
On downloads.nbastuffer.com, we began sharing the data used in NBAstuffer’s stats tables. Users enjoyed analyzing NBA data in Excel spreadsheets, making downloadable datasets a natural extension of the site.

2014 – BigDataBall.com Launched
Building on years of analytics experience, we launched a spin-off project in 2014. BigDataBall provides sports data scientists with analysis materials and tools.

BigDataBall cleans, enhances, and enriches traditional stats, odds, play-by-play logs, and DFS data.
